Presentation: Health and Wellbeing of Older Professional Drivers: Best Practice Guidelines
The Age, Health and Professional Drivers’ Network (AHPD Network) has worked alongside drivers and managers to see what health and wellbeing practices organisations use to support older drivers in the workforce.
We have published Best Practice Guidelines that focus on the mental and physical health and wellbeing needs of professional drivers, and include a focus on older employees. The guidelines cover ten areas of health and wellbeing that our research identified as significant.
