Highways England Commercial Vehicle Incident Prevention Programme
At Highways England, safety is our top priority.  Our Commercial Vehicle Incident Prevention (CVIP) Programme has been introduced to identify key causes of commercial vehicle incidents and to design and implement interventions to reduce the frequency and severity of commercial vehicle related incidents.  We are continuously seeking support and looking to engage with the industry and establish collaborative working relationships to improve safety.

Our CVIP team will be talking about our programme of initiatives, illustrating key safety messages we wish to promote to the commercial vehicle sector. We will have lots of useful resources such as; blind spot safety cards, load security ratchet strap guide, diesel spillage best practice guides and lots more, all developed to raise awareness and assist the industry.
